Websites & redesigns/Build
Whatever you want built, through one point of contact.
Agencies are expensive and slow. Cheap options may not still be there next year. And when the work is split, you tell the same story three times. From strategy through to running it after launch, the same person sees it through.
Since 2018, 50+ sites built by this pair of hands.
You want a website.
But who do you trust to build it?
In conversations about web projects, we hear strikingly similar things.

Three weeks just for the quote. In the end nothing moved at all.
The account manager changed twice, and I explained everything from scratch again.
“Please supply the photos and the copy” — that is the hardest part for us…
All I ever hear is “let me take that back to the team.” The reply always comes a week later.
We chose on price, then paid extra for every little fix. It cost more in the end.
The site they delivered had overlapping text on mobile. Nobody had noticed.
Build, maintenance and ads were three separate contacts. I told the same story three times.
I hired someone who only ever said “yes, we can” — after launch I could not reach them.
To all of it, our answer is always the same one.
One point of contact is enough.

Strategy, design, build, filming, analytics, maintenance. Work that is normally split across several companies, taken on by the same person from beginning to end.

The same person stays on from strategy to post-launch operations, so the tool never becomes the point.
How we price.
We have made the first step a light one. There is no subcontractor markup to pay, so your budget goes into the work itself.
All prices include Japanese consumption tax. Figures move with scope, so please ask for an exact quote.
Ask → Plan → Build → Launch → Keep going.
The same person stays on it from the first call to the last release. Nothing gets lost in handover.
- Ask
We untangle your business goal and what is getting in the way right now.
- Plan
Structure, wireframes and visual direction — settled in words and diagrams first.
- Build
Design through to code, by the same person, with nothing lost in handover.
- Launch
Page speed, SEO and AI search all in order before it goes out.
- Keep going
After launch we keep running alongside you — maintenance and improvement.
From the first question to the long haul, it is all handled by Mstudio.
Frequently asked questions.
With a single point of contact, can the quality really hold up?
Yes — and it holds up because there is one point of contact. The same person stays on it from the first call to the last release, so the direction never drifts and the details get finished. Nothing degrades in handover between a planner, a designer and a developer, because they are the same person.
WordPress or Next.js — which is better?
It depends on the goal. If you will be updating content often yourself, WordPress fits. If page speed, AI search or bespoke functionality matter more, Next.js fits. Because the person choosing is also the person building, we can pick what suits your business rather than what is fashionable.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope, but roughly two to four weeks for a landing page and one to two months for a corporate site. If you are working to a deadline, we can also stage the release by priority — just say so.
Can you look after the site after it launches?
Yes. Updates, backups and fixing things when they break, on a monthly plan. We do not stop at delivery — the same person stays on for the improvement work after launch.
Are quotes free?
Yes, the first conversation and the quote are both free. It is fine to come to us before the brief has taken shape. We will work out what you actually need as we talk.

Start by telling us what you want built.
It does not have to be in words yet. We will work out what you actually need as we talk. The conversation and the quote are both free.
